Storm Family,
Fall is an amazing time
of year isn't it? We go
from the absolute worst
racing conditions one
week and then the most
amazing the following
week. Wow, that was a
beautiful morning.
Again, all over the map
we are seeing our kids
light it up out there.
I couldn't be more proud
of the effort of
everyone. Parents, your
continued support is
incredible. Thanks to
the warm-up coaches.
This starts to sound
like a broken record but
the bottom line is we
are an awesome team
because of everyone's
contribution. So THANK
YOU!
This week we prepare for
MT. SAC. What is it you

Remember MT. SAC is on
Sunday unfortunately.
With that in mind,
please confirm tonight
at practice if you are
not going to race at MT.
SAC. At this point,
don't assume we know.
If you have told us,
please make it a point
tonight to re-tell us.
We have to pay an entry
fee for all who
participate so obviously
we don't want to pay if
you aren't going to
play! J
This is a huge
invitational meet on a
really great course.
Lots of kids, lots of
hills, lots of fun!
We will start a 2 week
taper today to prepare
for our final conference
meet at Central Park
next Saturday. What
that means is we
decrease the mileage to
allow the legs to soak
in all the training and
feel fresh for top
racing! That doesn't
mean we run slow and get
lazy legs. So keep up
the hard work and focus.
