We have a lot happening this week, and it looks like there might be some weather issues. Please be sure your on our textmark system by texting the word STORMTF to 41411. (Standard Message Data Rates apply).

 

Picture Day Tuesday We will be taking the Bantam and Midget pictures along with the Coaches & Board Members.

 
Lap-a-thon Funds Due Thursday Turn in all funds by this Thursday.

 

2 Day Invitational Meet Saturday & Sunday
This weekends meet allows all athletes from all teams to meet on the field for the games of 2012. due to the size of this meet your child is limited to 2 individual events and a relay, or 2 relays & 1 individual event. Intermediates may compete in 3 Individual Events.

Practice Schedule This Week

Please be sure your child brings a jacket & bottle of water.

 

Practice this week will be on:
Monday Apr 9 - Valencia HS - 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm

Tuesday Apr 10 - Valencia HS - 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm

Picture Day Apr 10 - Bantams, Midgets, Coaches, BOD.

Thursday Apr 12 - Valencia HS - 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm

 
Picture Day
LensBantams, Midgets, Coaches and Board Members will be getting their pictures taken on Tuesday April 10, 2012
Please try to arrive a few minutes early, we will be there setup when you get there, Please make sure the kids have their uniform on, hair combed or brushed.

 
 
Invitational Meet
Our next track meet is called the Conference Invitational Meet. This is the largest meet we will do this year, with every athlete in the conference invited to compete.
Click here to download the Invitational Meet Schedule so athletes can figure out which days their events are on.

 

Medals are awarded at the meet to the Top 3 finishers at the meet, with all others getting their ribbons at practice.

 

This meet is pre-seeded so you must let your coaches know ASAP what event your child will be doing. This meet is optional and will be a very long day, NO PARENTS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD. This will be an extreemly competitive meet.

 

Your child is limited to 2 individual events and a relay, or 2 relays & 1 individual event. Intermediates and the Young Division may compete in 3 Individual Events.

 

ATHLETES WHO OVER EVENT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM ALL THEIR EVENTS AT THE MEET.

 
Lap-a-thon Fundraiser Funds DUE THURSDAY
All funds for the lap-a-thon are to be turned in this Thursday, April 12, 2012.
Flat donations can be turned in immediately. Prizes will be awarded based on the most funds raised and turned in by April 12, 2012.
Funds will still be accepted after that date but won't count towards prizes.
