I
thought Corriganville was "Mudfest 2007"
until yesterday! I don't know about you,
but I'm still trying to pick mud out of
my running shoes. In addition to the
mud, we added another legendary hill to
our resume. Resurrection Hill has got to
go down as one of the toughest hills
we've conquered all season! Despite all
the obstacles, we had another week of
outstanding individual performances.

This week, the team will begin to
head in different directions.
- Those athletes aspiring to
compete in post-season will continue
with intense interval workouts
designed to further develop your
bodies racing systems.
- Those athletes with only two
meets left will begin to taper to
ensure peak performance at the
League Finals.
Here's what the calendar will look
like this week...
MONDAY - Heritage Park @ 6pm
TUESDAY-
Central Park @ 6pm
THURSDAY-
Central Park @ 6pm
Note that, in the interest of light,
we'll be moving Tuesday's practice
to Central Park. This will still
be an intense night for athletes
aspiring to compete in post-season.
I'm excited for everything we've
accomplished so far and I'm looking
forward to our last two meets
together.
Yours in Running,
Coach Darren
