website. The season
will begin on August
5 at West Creek Park
(Behind Rio Norte Jr
HS).

Parent Meeting
We will have a
parent meeting on
Monday July 29, 2013
at 7:00 pm, at Rio
Norte Jr HS. In the
MPR. We will explain
the cross country
season and answer
any questions you
have. Please try to
attend this meeting.
This meeting is for
parents of all new
and returning
athletes. Athletes
are welcome to
attend, but don't
need to.
A shoe vender will
be at the meeting.
We will also have
Stormwear available
for ordering.

COC Summer
Series
each week there is a
3 mile cross country
run at College of
the canyons on
Thursday at 7:00pm.
