Dear Storm Family,
Just a few things to
catch you up.
We still have space on
our 2015 XC team. (XC
stands for Cross
Country). If you have
not yet signed up, today
is the day to get signed
up, please bring your
paperwork to the parent
meeting tonight.
Today July 27 will be
our parent meeting.
Our practice locations
are listed below.
Practice Starts next

Cross Country
Sign Ups
We are still
accepting Sign Ups
for the 2015 Cross
Country Season
The cost is $150.00
per athlete for the
first 2 athletes per
family and $90.00
for each athlete
after that. Uniform
not included,
purchase only if
needed.
There is a price
list in the packet
on page 2.
Our calendar is
still in the process
of being updated, so
it will be posted
soon.

Parent Meeting
We will have
a parent
meeting
TONIGHT,
Monday July
27, 2015 at
7:00 pm, at
Rio Norte Jr
HS. In the
MPR.
We will
explain the
cross
country
season and
answer any
questions
you
have. Please
try to
attend this
meeting.
This meeting
is for
parents of
all new and
returning
athletes.
Athletes are
welcome to
attend, but
don't need
to.

(purchase day
parking pass
at kiosk
for $3.00,
COC does

Conference
Pre-Season Race
There is a 2k (8 and
under), a 3k (9
through 12), 4k (13
and Older), 5k (High
School/Adult) cross
country race planned
for September 5th,
2015 at El
Cariso Community
Regional Park. (Registration
opens at 7:00 am)
First Race will be
at 7:30 am. I will
post a flyer when I
get it and will
update the website
with information.
