Santa Clarita
Track Club's
Students Off And
Running (SOAR)
organization
helps at-risk
youth here in
the SCV build
life skills and
establish
healthy
relationships
through training
for and
competing in a
marathon. With
aspirations of
becoming an
after school
program
available to all
schools
throughout our
valley, they
hope to empower
students while
providing them
with tools
necessary for a
healthy and
constructive
future. The
dedicated staff
members at SOAR
do this by
instilling in
their students
the same
training
principles and
disciplines
displayed by
experienced
marathon
runners.
