17) at 7:30 pm we
will be having a
coaches meeting at
Valencia High in
room 620. All
Coaches who are
returning and any
new parents who are
interested in
coaching are
encouraged to come
to this meeting.
The
coaches training clinic
is next Sunday (Feb
22) at Birmingham
High School. All
coaches and
interested parents
are welcome to
attend this clinic.
We ask that you also
attend the coaches
meeting on Tuesday
evening if you plan
on going to Sunday's
Clinic.

SIGN-UPS
We are currently
accepting
sign-ups for our
2009 Track and
Field Program.
The process is
simple, download
the
Sign Up
Paperwork Packet,
fill it out and
mailing it back
to us, or you
can drop it off
and save the
postage.
Instructions are
in the packet.
We will be
holding our walk
in sign up on
Feb 21st at
Lamppost Pizza
in Saugus 11:00
am - 1:00 pm and
at the New
athlete parent
meeting. on Feb
24 @ 6:00PM,
held in the
multi-purpose
room at Valencia
High School

and print
to pass to
friends, also

There will be beginning
and advance classes in
all events. This clinic
is open to all coaches,
parents and people
interested in learning
more about coaching
Track and Field. We hope
that many of you will

Family Orientation
Meeting

School Multi Purpose

families to our Track
and Field program please
attend this orientation
meeting so we can answer
any questions you have
about our program and we
can explain club
policies. It is not
necessary to bring the
children to this
meeting, but they are
welcome.
