This Weeks Track & Field Practice
This week our practices will be held on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 6:00 - 7:45pm.

All Athletes will need to bring with them a bottle of water with their name on it. A light jacket with their name clearly marked inside next to the collar label. and a good pair of running shoes.

We ask that athletes attend at least 2 practices per week.

RAIN POLICY

If it's raining practice is canceled. However we will practice in a light sprinkle. This makes it tricky, many times it is not raining at the Track when it's raining at home. Do not drop your athlete off if there is a chance of a canceled practice, please stick around.

I am unable to take your calls on Monday April 12th, you'll have to make your best judgement if we'll be having practice, Best advice I can give you is, "if your wipers are on, Pracitce is canceled". if they are not on, then park the car and walk up to the track and please do stick around, it can end up being canceled before 7:45.

Lap-A-Thon Fundraiser
Let's work on getting our pledges turned in this week.

You can download the
Pledge forms by clicking here  or by visiting our website.

The due date to turn in the funds is Tax day April 15, 2010. Flat donations can be turned in immediately.

Prizes will be awarded based on the most funds raised and turned in by April 15, 2010. Funds will still be accepted after that date but won't count towards the grand prizes, but will go towards the Storm T-shirt.

If you have any questions about this fund raiser please talk to Michele or Alan.

Award Ribbons & Meet Results
Award Ribbons are put in the communication boxes each week around Wednesday, please be sure to check the names on the ribbons, some times they get placed in the wrong folder, if you have someone's ribbons please re-file them correctly or return to Michele or Coach Bingham.

If there are any missing or incorrect ribbons please be sure to email me, so I can get it checked out and corrected, or write it on a piece of paper and turn in to Coach Elaine Bingham.

We try to post results on Saturday at the meets, we would also like to have a review crew working with us in the timing tent to ensure accuracy. If you would like to help, please contact Alan Bingham

Lost & Found
We have accumulated a lot of items, so much so that it's becoming hard to store them. Therefore, any items left at the end of the week will be donated to charity. We will hold onto Storm Jackets and Sweats only.

Following this week items not marked with an athletes name on the label will be donated to charity.

Sincerely,

Alan Bingham
