I am sorry that this

a lot of item coming
up next week, and I
wanted to make sure
to cover all of
them, and traveling
to the east coast
last week has
thrown my schedule

This Weeks Track &
Field Practice
This week our
practices will be held
on Monday, Tuesday, &
Wednesday 6:00 - 7:45pm.
Same as last week due to
Valencia HS meet on
Thursday.
All Athletes will need
to bring with them a
bottle of water with
their name on it. A
light jacket with their
name clearly marked
inside next to the
collar label. and a good
pair of running shoes.
We ask
that athletes attend at
least 2 practices per week.
RAIN POLICY
If
it's raining practice is
canceled. However we will
practice in a light
sprinkle. This makes it
tricky, many times it is not
raining at the Track when
it's raining at home. Do not
drop your athlete off if
there is a chance of a
canceled practice, please
stick around.
I am unable to take your
calls on Monday April 12th,
you'll have to make your
best judgment if we'll be
having practice, Best advice
I can give you is, "if your
wipers are on, Practice is
canceled". if they are not
on, then park the car and
walk up to the track and
please do stick around, it
can end up being canceled
before 7:45.

Lap-A-Thon Fundraiser
Tuesday April 20th
is the last day to
turn in funds to get
a lap-a-thon shirt,
you can still turn
in funds, but the
order for shirts is
going on on
Wednesday.

PR
Award Ribbons
PR Award Ribbons Stands
for Personal Record
Award, when an athlete
beats themselves, we
recognize them by giving
them a PR award ribbon.
A tie does not count,
they must beat
their prior mark in an
event, and the marks
must come from a season
meet, not the mock meet.
These ribbons show the
athlete's improvement,
also at the end of the
year the athlete with
the most PR's in their
age group (based on
gender) will be awarded
a PR plaque.
