Jelly Beans & Jolly Ranchers           

If you have not yet turned on any Jelly Beans or Jolly Ranchers, please do so now, we've ran out of Jolly Ranchers, and our supply of Jelly Beans is low. The kids really do like these treats at the end of practice.

Video Files 

Each week, I put together a video of the meets, these are random shots taken by parents, I put them to music, they are usually on the front page of the website, there is a big box with a triangle pointing to the right, you simply click that image and the video will start, You can also look down the right hand side of the website to the video link which will take you to a page containing all of them. I am also working on posting the pictures from those videos to our picture page which is hosted on Webshots. Click here our photo albums.

Open Final Meet 

The open final meet is for all athletes who did not get a qualifying mark in any of the individual events, & all Gremlin athletes. It will be held on May 14 at College of the Canyons. This is the final meet of the season for those athletes.

  

League Championship Meet 

All qualified athletes and a select few athletes in the top of the league will be invited to the Western League Championship meet. To be held at College of the Canyons on Sunday May 15. Click Here to See a List of Qualifiers

  

 

Individual Event Championship Meet 

Coaches Thank You Dinner Donations 

In Lieu of gifts for your coaches we ask that you donate to the coaches thank you dinner. Michele will have a decorated gift box to collect your donation. The thank you  dinner is planned for early to mid June. 

General Membership Meeting 

Each year by law all corporations are required to have annual membership meeting. We will have our general membership meeting and board of directors elections on May 12.  This will take place in the grand stands at Valencia High School during practice.  

  

Our Board of Directors elections will also take place at this time, According to our by-laws, our officers hold office for 2 years, with 1/2 of the board being elected each year. Those positions up for election this year are: President, Secretary, Equipment Manager (Uniform/Merchandise Director), and Member at Large. (Up to Three)

League Final T-Shirts 

Each year the conference has a t-shirt made up for the league final and open final meets, also for the IEC Meet. This year they are selling them via preorder form.  Our club will pick up these items the morning of the Open Final Meet, and will have them for distribution at the meets.
