we practice at Valencia
High School starting
Saturday February 18,
2012 and the season runs

We have lots of items
that you will want to
wear to your child's
meet and practice, Hats,
Sweaters, Sweats, Bling
tops, Bags for your
kids. You can order
items by downloading
this order form and
bringing it to the
Parent Meeting or
practice. Turn it into
Bettie Jo or Michele or
Alan. All orders are due
March 1, 2012

parents of the
gremlins to attend
the 5:30 meeting,
you may bring older
siblings to this
meeting.
If you ordered
uniforms with
registration, you
can pick up at the
Parent Meeting -
Orders will be taken
for those who did
not include with
registration.
We will also have
shoes, & spikes for
sale.

First Practice
Our first practice will
be Saturday
February 18 at Valencia
High School on the track
at 9:00 am. It
will last about 2 hours.

Jelly Beans & Jolly
Ranchers
 Parents
we ask that you bring 2
bags of jelly beans or
Jolly Ranchers. At the
end of each practice we
give the kids a few
jelly beans as a treat.
For the kids with
braces, we give them a
Jolly Rancher. The kids
must be heading out the
gate in order to get
them.

Mardi Gras Madness 5k
Run

us as we put on our
second annual 5k run to
raise funds to support
our Students Off And
Running (S.O.A.R.)
Program.
The Santa Clarita
Track Club's SOAR
program establishes
running groups at
participating SCV
high schools and
implements a six
month 380 mile
training program at
no cost to
participants or
their families.
Produced by the
Santa Clarita Track
Club with the
generous support of
the City of Santa
Clarita and
Bridgeport
Marketplace, this
5K/1K event is open
to walkers and
runners of all
abilities...and
their canine
companions, too!
