Dear Parents,
We had a great meet,
even with the winds, and
we're looking forward to
all the kids to return
from Spring Break.
Lap-a-thon prizes are
here, the Deadline for
turning in your funds is
this Thursday April
11th. The Grand prize
will be a Kindle Fire
Tablet given to the
athlete who raises the
most funds. Please see
details below.
Make Up Pictures will be
today at 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Please wear your uniform
if you need to take a
make up picture.
Trucks - We need trucks
or vans at both setup
and tear down.
Tear down crew. We need
people who can come back
at the end of the meet
and help us get
everything moved back to
our storage unit.
Thimsha Tigers is
hosting us at Valencia
High with North Valley
Golden Bears. This club
will need a lot more
help this week that last
week.

show of the meet.
Most of the shots
are random, but we
get some great shots
each week. click the

Spikes
Athletes with new
Spike Shoes, you
must change out the
spikes to 3/16"
needle spike, we
have them for sale
$2.00 per set of 14.
Most spikes are sold
with 3/8" pyramid
for dirt, these
spikes are not
acceptable on tartan
tracks.
Please bring in any
old spike shoes that
your child has out
grown for loaner
spikes.

Track Meet
Our
track
meet
will be
the
Thimsha
Tigers
hosting
us and
the
North
Valley
Golden
Bears at
Valencia
High
School.
Setup
starts
at 7:00
am, We
need
lots of
help
with the
setup,
we meet
in the
parking
lot,
some
will go
to the
storage
unit
across
the
street
to pick
up
equipment.
We will
need a
few
people
to setup
our
staging
area in
the
center
of the
field,
that
requires
setting
up
benches
for the
kids to
sit on
during
staging.
a few
pop up
tents.
We need
parents
to put
the
hurdles
out for
the
start of
the 80
meter
Midget
races.
Pick Up
Trucks
we meet
across
the
street
(6:30
am) at
Valencia
Storage,
(note:
not the
Valencia
II
Storage).
Athletes
this
week
will be
signing
up with
their
coaches
for
their
events.
Depending
on the
age of
the
athlete
there
are
limits
in how
many
events
they can
do each
week.
Gremlins
are
limited
to a
maximum
of 3
events,
everyone
else is
limited
to 4
events
maximum,
but 1
event
has to
be a
relay
for
Bantam
through
Youth,
Intermediates
4th
event
can be
an
individual
event (ie
not
limited
to a
relay),

Day April 8,
If you missed
you getting your
picture taken on
picture day, we
have make ups on
Monday April 8th
at 6:00pm
-7:00pm. Please
have your
athlete come in
full uniform.

IS OUT OF CONTROL!!!
All Lost and Found
items will be
donated at the end
of Wednesday's
practice. We don't
have room to store
items. Please check
on the fence if any
of the items are
your child's.
