Dear Parents,

Whoo! We had over 1200 conference kids make the trek up to Palmdale for the 2 day Valley United Strider's Invitational Track Meet. The Valley United Striders are the Conference's Post Season All Stars team that competes on a national level in Track & Field and Cross Country. It will take me a couple of days to get the stats on our website updated. I'll try this evening to get them all up there on the site. (Kids top marks, and Records broken).
We will still accept Scholastic Forms being turned in today for the Scholastic Award to be given out during the end of season picnic.

Our SOAR (Students Off And Running) program kids will be running the concession stand, these kids ran the Los Angeles Marathon back in March. They are trying to raise funds to help the next group of SOAR kids have the same experiance they just had. So if you get a chance be sure to ask them how their marathon was and what they got out of it.

Sincerely,

Alan Bingham
